For many of us, all our contacts, important events, not to mention all our mails are stored in Outlook. In fact, almost all the crucial details of our life seem to be contained in Outlook. Considering this, it is essential that we do not lose all this data in case there is some problem with our application, a hard disk crash or in case of a disaster. One way of doing this is by taking regular backups of the Personal Folders files or PST files, as they are called. These PST files are where ...

With the U.S. economy still slumping and unemployment numbers
barely moving forward, many workers may be considering what
their employment future could be like if they were to lose their
job. If you're in a healthcare field, or possess computer
skills, you don't have much to worry about, except explaining
why you left your last job. On the other hand, if you're
employed in production or manufacturing, you may be asking
yourself, 'when should I update my job skills?'
If you're lucky enough to ...

The Life of Happiness
What makes you happy? Is it your dog/cat? Does what makes you
happy; give you a sense of freedom? It should. If you're really
happy and you know it clap your hands! Go on don't resist the
temptation to clap, I just did.
The day in the life of happiness, starts somewhere. Its starts
with the thought of a smile, with the facial muscles having a
meeting in our cheeks, agreeing that your body needs a good
smile, like it should everyday. I like to think of our smile as

People often ask me explain my statements, and the title of this
article usually has people forcefully telling me that it's 'the
others' that won't stop them from being happy.
Er, wrong.
In fact, it *is* usually ourselves that stop us from being
happy. Society and education gears us to expect life to be a
slog, many decades of working in a job we don't like, with the
reward of, oh, let's say a white picket fence to go with your
borderline pension.

Yesterday was a beautiful day here in Pennsylvania, and my
fiance' and I decided to take advantage of it. After an hour of
driving the countryside, we decided to visit the cemetary where
some of her family members were laid to rest.

additions to the small resting place. Being the entreprenuer I
am, I quickly said, "Man, now here's a job that offers job
security!" Think about, it's the one thing in life that
EVERYBODY is going to ...

of seeing it as the villain in your quest for a healthier,
sexier and fitter body.
Take a look at what's inside your fridge. Do not cringe if you
see "fattening" food inside. Are you really sure they are
"fattening"? What defines a fattening food anyway? Most diet
programs always check on the calorie count, and the ...

It's time for that annual ritual of making (and breaking) our
New Year's resolutions. There is something about the idea of
being able to start over that motivates us to pause (at least
briefly) and reflect on our lives as they are, as well as how we
would like them to be. Yet how many times have you thought back
to last year's goals and found that many or most of them were
abandoned or just forgotten after a few months into the year?
Many of us have difficulty following through on our ...
